This is the route collector AS for BGP.Exchange it does not carry traffic (apart from rare situations where it sends a single IPv6 prefix to a route server for backup reach-ability) on it's BGP sessions. Members are not allowed to direct peer with this AS, it is purely for collection all the routes and data from all our locations into one single data point.
